This could be interesting! Vizio, known by most of us for selling affordable televisions will be unveiling a line of low cost computers. We at Majorgeeks had always hoped the growing tablet market would make more affordable PCs for those of us who like a keyboard and mouse and this could be a huge factor.


The people at USAToday confuse me by saying they thought the PC business faded years ago but in the story text mention what we already know; “The TV market has been flat for the past two years, while PC sales — despite the enthusiam for next-generation products like tablet computers and smartphones — is growing.”


I guess that’s what you get for getting technology news from USAToday but they have a video interview with Matt McRae, Vizio's chief technology officer:
